Cream Cheese and Green Onion Stuffed Chicken Breast, wrapped in Bacon.
Preheat oven to 375(F).
Pound out Chicken breast so it is about 1/4" thick.
Mix together cream cheese and green onions, salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of mix over each flattened chicken breast.
Roll each breast, cream cheese on the inside.
Wrap each breast with 2 pieces of bacon.
Place breasts on a non-stick baking sheet bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven when the internal temperature of the fattest breast reaches 165.
Optionally you may leave them in the oven and broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon.
When wrapping the chicken breasts in bacon, start each bacon wrap at the middle of the chicken breast roll and wind it toward the end. The breast should be almost entirely concealed by bacon when finished.
