Delicious manicotti stuffed with beef
Boil water with 2 tbsp of salt and add manicotti, cook for about 7 minutes. Drained and cool in the refrigirator.
In a large skillet heat the oil, add the onions and garlic until onions are translucent, add the tomato sauce and ground beef and cook for 15 minutes stirring regularly
drain the meat and mix with the sour cream, mix it well!
Stuff the manicotti carefully with the meat, and place them in a single layer on a baking dish, topping it with the sauce and cheese, layer the second row and so on until p dish is full.
bake on the oven for 15 minutes
