Suggest a better descriptionBrown onions in med sauce pan. Add ground turkey to pan and sausage. Cook until done on high to med heat. Drain grease off meat and add chopped mushrooms and rice to meat. Stir in can of tomato paste and add two splashes of broth or water to help the tomato paste cover the meat mixture. Stuff peppers half way with meat mixture then put a layer of cheese then fill all the way with meat mixture top wit more cheese. Mixture will fill four bell peppers. Place peppers in baking pan and Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min until peppers look cooked.
