Stuffed shells with cheese filling
Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare pasta shells, Bring water to boil and then add pasta, boil pasta approximately 15 minutes.
Prepare cheese filling. Beat eggs, add ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; mix in seasonings. Using a large casserole dish layer sauce, meat, and pasta shells which are stuffed with the cheese filling.
Sauce and meat as with spaghetti. Bake 45 minutes.
robbgriffin 2m agoGreat cheese filling. I used a good store bought sauce adding a 1lb of mind Italian sausage. This is a keeper.
malachiteberry 1y agoIt did not make enough to fill a whole box of shells, but my pan would not have held a whole box of shells so it worked out well. I added a box of frozen spinach, about 9oz, instead of using any meat. It turned out really well and I definitely will make it again.
ktb05 2y agoPasta and meat are not on ingredients list...I noticed the pasta was missing but not the meat until I was elbow deep in the recipe...otherwise good recipe
