Sausage stuffed sweet peppers with cream cheese
Cook sausage thoroughly and drain excess grease. Add block of cream cheese and mix well as it melts. Add shredded Parmesan cheese mix until melted. add seasoning to taste, we prefer creole seasoning. Stuff into peppers and back 20-30 min at 350.
