My mom's stuffing recipe
Saute in 1 stick of butter: onion, parsley, celery for 5 minutes
Mix with bread crumbs
Add poultry seasoning and salt and pepper
Add enough chicken broth until soft or desired consistency
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
Can also stuff the bird and cook for full time of bird
