Heat oven to 350?. Heat broth, celery and onion in a 3 qt. saucepan over a medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon stuffing mixture into a greased 3 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste
