Suggest a better descriptionIn a collander, drain both cans of shrimp and rinse. Take collander and sift shrimp (so big shrimp pieces come up to the top). Rserve about 2 tablespoons of larger shrimp pieces. Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic salt and chili powder until well blended. With a fork, gently add shrimp to cream cheese mixture. Shape shrimp dip into a ball on a plate and sprinkle reserved large pieces of shrimp on top. Drizzle cocktail sauce over shrimp dip and serve with assorted crackers. Recipe by: Quick n Easy Home Cooking Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #995 by L979
