My take on a Italian favorite
Add onion, beef mince, garlic, brown in non-stick saucepan, add a little oil if not non-stick. while browning add bay leaf broken into 3 pieces. Next add basil, oregano, thyme and rosemary. Cook until mince starts to stick. Add beef stock, tomato sauce, Worcester sauce, barbecue sauce and mushrooms (optional). Simmer for 10 minutes. Good time to cook tubular spaghetti. When cooked add spaghetti to mince. Stir and remove bay leaf pieces. serve
