*Powdered Sugar Replacement*
Put powdered milk, cornstarch, and Splenda in a blender. Mix until well-blended and the consistency of confectioner's sugar. May be stored in an air-tight container for future use.
*Sugar-Free Icing*
Cream together butter and vanilla extract until light & fluffy.
Stir in powdered sugar replacement and milk until well-blended.
To thin frosting (it will be thick!), add a teaspoon of milk until desired consistency is reached.
