This is an elegant, sugar-free dessert, and is absolutely delicious!
Mix jello and boiling water. Add orange juice; chill until slightly firm. Add sugar or Splenda. Add to 1 can carnation milk that has been whipped like whipping cream. (In order to do this, the milk, bowl and beaters must be very cold.) Fold in jello mixture and pour into 8 x 10 Pyrex dish that has been lined with mini vanilla wafers. Refrigerated until ready to serve.
