Yummy, lighter version of sugared pecans
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Whisk together the egg white and water in a large bowl. Add the pecans and toss to coat.
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, salt, allspice, and cayenne pepper and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss well to combine.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake until toasted, 15 to 18 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
