Japnese Hot Pot
1) Slice all veggies and meat
2) Mix soy sauce, sake and water in separate bowl
3) Add oil to sukiyaki pot
4) Turn sukiyaki pot to high and brown meat
5) Reduce heat to medium
6) Add some of the veggies
7) Pour half sukiyaki sauce into pan
8) Simmer on medium until items are cooked as desired
9) Eat from sukiyaki pan and replace with uncooked items as you go
10) Add more sauce as needed
NOTE) Can use Cast Iron and Tea Candles in lieu of sukiyaki pot.
