Add first 5 ingredients to a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook 10-15 min. Remove from heat and set aside. Drain and tear chicken into small pieces and set aside.
Cut potatoes in half and add to saucepan. Cover with cold water by one inch, add garlic salt and boil. Cook 10-12 min. Remove potatoes and rinse with cold water in colander.Add green beans to cooking water. Cook 3-5 min. Drain. Set aside. Dice sun dried tomatoes. Whisk together remaining ingredients to form dressing. Combine all and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
