Ready in 45 minutes
This almost sounds too easy, but it's got all the flavors I like in one place
Place all ingredients in a stockpot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and additional shredded cheese.
This sounds so easy and has all the flavors that I like in one place. Think I'd substitute real cheese for the cheesedip unless using a homemade dip.
MelanieRRT 3y agoVery easy to make and tasty!
Johannamac 3y agoThis was amazing! So quick and simple, I've made it with left over pulled pork, left over Cajun spiced chicken breasts, personally I preferred the pork, but both were delicious!
Kriston 4y agoWe love this! I used Chi Chi's mild chunky salsa, Campbells chicken broth, a rotisserie chicken, and Kroger's Nice n Cheesy Queso Blanco cheese. Fantabulous when served with grilled cheese sandwiches!
Mldyer 4y agoDelicious and oh so easy!! I substituted canned chunk chicken which made it even simpler. Can't wait for an opportunity to make it for a crowd!
Csdesigner 4y agoThis is soooo good! My husband can't eat cheese so I added a can of red enchilada sauce and black beans. The red enchilada sauce added kick to it. I can't wait till tomorrow to eat this again! :)
Alvavega 5y agoThis is fabulous! I've been craving chicken tortilla soup and this was quick and easy!

ajaseymour 6y agoWe added fresh cilantro, bell peppers, and onions. It was so good, and bc of the salsa no seasoning or spices needed. And we used shredded cheese instead
samcooks 10y agoServed with sour cream which improved the taste
