Top-ranked recipe named "Super Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup"
This almost sounds too easy, but it's got all the flavors I like in one place
"We love this! I used Chi Chi's mild chunky salsa, Campbells chicken broth, a rotisserie chicken, and Kroger's Nice n Cheesy Queso Blanco cheese. Fantabulous when served with grilled cheese sandwiches!"- Kriston
Place all ingredients in a stockpot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and additional shredded cheese.
This sounds so easy and has all the flavors that I like in one place. Think I'd substitute real cheese for the cheesedip unless using a homemade dip.
