I love this recipe--so easy and SOOOOO good!

"Good stuff and really simple to make. I did make a few changes to punch it up a little: I replaced the cream of mushroom soup with golden mushroom soup, added a glug of white wine and a carton of sliced baby bella mushrooms with the soup and the meat, and added a 10 oz package of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) when I added the sour cream. But even with me complicating things, it was still a great time-saver stroganoff recipe."

2 1/2 Pounds Stew Meat (Beef); Cubed
2 Cans(10.75 oz. each) French Onion Soup (Campbells)
2 Cans(10.75 oz. each) Cream of Mushroom - 98% Fat Free; (or Cream of Celery)
1 Cup Light Sour Cream

Original recipe makes Servings

Get out your crock pot. Dump everything except the sour cream into the crock pot. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Add the sour cream a half hour before the 8 hours is up. Serve over noodles. That's it! So easy!

Easy recipe to follow, however it wasn't that tasty to me. The meat lacked flavour.
