Combine the broccoli slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds and scallions in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and 3 flavor packets from noodles and mix. Add to slaw mixture. Crush up ramen noodles and mix into bowl. Chill for 2hrs.
