1. Preheat over to 275 degrees.
2. Pour mixture over the brisket, place in aluminum foil.
3. Coat top of brisket with Brown Sugar
4. Seal tightly in Aluminum Foil.
5. Place this secure foil package in the aluminum throw away pan.
6. Place the aluminum throw away pan on a covered cookie sheet.
7. Don’t be upset if the juices leak out of the foil wrap…that is why you are using the aluminum throw away pan.
8. Bake at 275 degrees for 6-7 hours.
9. After the meat rests for several minutes, scrape the ingredients off the top of the brisket and discard, slice and serve.
