Suggest a better descriptionBeat the eggs in 4 separate bowls and add a teaspoon of water to each bowl and beat. Heat the skillet. When it's heated spray with cooking oil. Add one bowls of eggs and sprinkle with onion to taste. Let that cook a little and then add the ham and cheese to 1/2 of the omelet. Fold in half. Warm without burning eggs. Heat oven to 200. Place cooked omelet on ovenproof plate to keep warm while cooking the remaining 3 omelets. Serve with grits and vegetables.
