Ready in 30 minutes
I n a bowl, combine, beef, egg, bread crumbs,nutmeg, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape into small balls, Brown meatballs in oil, Drain excess fat. Cover and cook over low heat, 10 min, Blend soup,sour cream and Milk, Pour over Meatballs. Cover and Cook 5-10 Minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Serve Meatballs over hot noodles.

leahkenyon 5y agoBoys ate this up! Cut the recipe in half & still had plenty. Baked for 40 mins after browning.
DayBee711 5y agoIt was really bland. I added onion salt to the boiling water to cook the noodles in. It added flavor. I won't be making this one again.
Laney007 6y agoYummy! Not bland in my taste. The meatballs were amazing, they could also be good with a regular tomato sauce.
cld_0414 7y agoThis recipe was not bad; It was too bland for my family. They liked the Meatball part of it but they didn't like the sauce part. It may be really good for people who like the milder recipes.It was very easy to make and a quick meal for people in a hurry.
