this resembles a teriyaki chicken but for me, it was easier and better.
1. cut the chicken, lightly salt and pepper and dredge in flour
2 heat oil and brown chicken pieces
3. while chicken is browning, mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in small bowl.
4. Pour the sauce over chicken and simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve over rice
