simple oriental treat
Cook rice ahead to be ready when stir-fry is ready.
Cut sausage into 1/2-inch slices. Heat skillet on medium-high for 3 minutes. Add sausage, peppers and onion; cook, stirring constantly 6 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in pineapple and sauce. Cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve over hot, cooked rice (about 3/4 cup per serving).
Note: Picture shows it with white rice; any kind of specialty rice would work as well and perhaps be more nutritious.
