Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces (or leave
whole). Cut each bacon slice into thirds (or leave whole if not cutting chicken into pieces). Wrap each chicken piece with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick inserted on the diagonal starting where the bacon overlaps.
Stir together the brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge the chicken in mixture. Coat a rack and boiler pan with foil. Place chicken on rack and bake for 3t0-35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
