Normal fried rice but made with sweet soy sauce.
Cook Rice (be sure the rice is moist) and Chicken once done.
Cook the bacon in a wok until crisp. Remove the bacon and add the Onions and Peas, cook for about 1 minute. Add the egg and scramble. (clear a space in wok to scramble egg.) Stir in the rice, chicken, bacon, and soy sauce until blended.
Start making the sweet soy sauce while bacon is cooking.
sweet soy sauce = add soy source sauce, brown sugar and onion (1-2 TBs) to a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until reduced to 1/4 cup. Then add this in place of normal soy sauce.
You can add red bell pepper and/or carrots.
