Bake the sweet potatoes until done. Cool until able to handle, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Beat with butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg until well blended. Spoon into a lightly greased dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350? for 15 to 20 minutes.
