Great Thanksgiving casserole
Preheat oven to 375.
Put sweet potatoes in pot & cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.mash with potato masher.
Fold in 1/4 cup pecans.
Coat 11" x 7" baking dish with cooking spray.
Put in potato mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden.
