Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Slice raw potatoes and line bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine sugar and spices. Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar mixture over potatoes, then dot with 1/2 stick of butter. Repeat potato layer, sugar mixture and butter. Cut pie crust into strips and place over potatoes. Repeat with other pie crust, reversing directions. Pour water over cobbler. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until crust browns.
