"OMG the curry dip is awesome. My husband and I go to Melting Pot Fondue restaurant a few times a year and they have a curry dip to die for, we always joke that if I ever learned how to make it I would eat it on everything. THIS TASTES JUST LIKE IT!!! I will use just a tad less salt and chili powder next time but it is almost right on!! It HAS to sit overnight to get the best flavor. Thanks for a great recipe!!"
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Stir in spices and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Makes 1 cup. Immediately before serving, scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarter to half inch slices. Cut slices into french fry shapes. Place on baking sheets and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat. Spread in a single layer and season lightly with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with curry dip. Medickep 3 years agoThe sauce was delicious and most people I served it to added it to their burger. It was great! The fries take way more time than 25 minutes to get them crispy like most like. Plan on 45-1 hour.
katiedoo 3 years agoThe fries were burnt and floppy. The sauce was super yummy. I used Greek yogurt so it was too rich and thick but still super yummy!
jimenaandaustin 3 years agoDip was alright. It was nice to try this out but would never make this again.
KtlovesBob 4 years agoYummy. I substituted Geek yogurt and that made it too rich. The potatoes needed 30 minutes in my oven. Still tasty!
jethro10 4 years agoThe fries were a little floppy but tasted great, as did the dip
