Try this Sweet Potato Fries with Curried Mayonnaise Dip recipe, or contribute your own.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Stir in spices and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Makes 1 cup. Immediately before serving, scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarter to half inch slices. Cut slices into french fry shapes. Place on baking sheets and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat. Spread in a single layer and season lightly with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with curry dip. Hansmarcuson 2y agoFries were good but needed much more time to cook.
ZeroTheHero 3y agoLOVED these! Made an appetizer tray and these were on it with some other fried things. Fantastic!
Krosebrown 3y agoGreat dip with the fries! i baked fries for 30 min. Hubby, myself & kids (10&14) loved it!
Medickep 4y agoThe sauce was delicious and most people I served it to added it to their burger. It was great! The fries take way more time than 25 minutes to get them crispy like most like. Plan on 45-1 hour.
katiedoo 4y agoThe fries were burnt and floppy. The sauce was super yummy. I used Greek yogurt so it was too rich and thick but still super yummy!
jimenaandaustin 4y agoDip was alright. It was nice to try this out but would never make this again.
KtlovesBob 5y agoYummy. I substituted Geek yogurt and that made it too rich. The potatoes needed 30 minutes in my oven. Still tasty!
jethro10 5y agoThe fries were a little floppy but tasted great, as did the dip
