Similar to pumpkin pie, just better!
Blend sugar, spices and salt together. Beat eggs with milk and combine with sugar mixture, add sweet potatoes and beat until smooth. Heat in a sauce pan until almost boiling, pour into the pie crust. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake until knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
