A wonderful Holiday treat.
Cube and boil sweet potatoes until soft through. Drain and mix with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put into baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 until Marshmallows melted and light brown on top.
