Ready in 1 hour
Deliciously crunchy topping makes this souffle almost dessert!
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish (6 quart, 13x9, etc). Cover with topping and bake for 35 minutes at 350.
CarmenInOmaha 2y agoThis was a big hit with my family. I did use two 40 oz. cans of yams, drained. But the canned yams can not be mushy/watery after draining them. I have found it depends on the brand name. If they are firm it works great. Also halved the topping. Great recipe!

Wwalkeriv 5y agoExcellent! I highly recommend this one.
Blaknblula 5y agoThis was amazing! I love sweet potatoes, and I find this a classier dish than the candied version with walnuts and marshmallows.
