Suggest a better descriptionBake sweet potato. Peel and place in large mixing bowl.
Add drained beans. Mash together.
Mash in seasoning, flour and any additional spices. Form patty.
Heat safflower oil in pan over high heat.
Coat patties in pinko bread crumbs. Drop patty in pan. Repeat until pan is full.
Cook until browned on both sides.
Transfer patties to paper towel and let cool.
Steve on bun with sliced avocado, onion, lettuce, etc.
