Try this Sweet Potatoes Casserole recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better descriptionCook and mash the sweet potatoes. (Or can use 1 can (1 lb. 13 ounces) of sweet potatoes).
Add butter, milk, cinnamon, and salt to mashed sweet potatoes.
Beat until smooth, light and fluffy.
Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with marshmallows.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Note: Have seen another recipe for just regular mashed sweet potatoes that called for nutmeg. Could try to add that to this casserole dish along with the cinnamon.
