Best mild curry ever!!!
Fry onion and butter, add flour, mix curry and stock and add to mixture. Add apricot jam, tomato paste, chutney, vinegar, ginger, turmeric and salt and pepper. Add cooked potatoes. Add chicken to boiling sauce. Add apple just before you server. Serve on white rice.
This is one of my favourite recipes, but i have never added the apple and ginger.
