Dip fish fillets in batter and fry in oil on medium heat until batter is golden brown. Turn over once. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
Put all sweet and sour sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for approx. 20 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Serve hot.
