Very delicious & easy meatballs
Grease pan. In bowl mix meat, egg, cornstarch, salt, worcestershire, onion, pepper. Form 20 1" balls. Bake 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix enough water with pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Over medium heat mix juice, 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar. Stir in cornstarch, ginger, season salt - whisk till smooth. Cover & cook till thickened. Stir pineapple chunks, carrot, green pepper, onion, and meatballs in sauce. Stir and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
