steamed chunk potatoes and skillet kielbasa with a nice sweet and spicy sauce
bring 2 cups water in pan/steamer to a boil, while pealing potatoes.
slice potatoes and put in steamer, turn heat down slightly, cook until potatoes are slightly soft.
cut kielbasa into 1in thick chunks, put aside.
mix together Dijon mustard and syrup in a medium bowl, put kielbasa into mixture until coated then put coated kielbasa into skillet on medium heat until slighly brown.
when potatoes are done transfer then to a fry pan with 2tbs vegetable oil on high heat. Season with italian seasoning to preference. cook till golden brown.
And Serve!
Keep an eye on kielbasa so they wont burn.
