Start in skillet and finish in slow cooker
Heat the oil in a skillet, coat the steak with flour and brown in oil. Remove from skillet and drain. Place the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the steak on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning. Pour tomatoes and sauce over the meat. Cover; cook on low for 10 hours or on High for 6 hours.
