Suggest a better descriptionBoil spaghetti according to package directions, reserving 1 C. cooking water before draining. Brown pork sausage with optional red pepper flakes until no longer pink. Add soy sauce, green onions, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Cook for three additional minutes. Stir in broth and peanut butter until melted and blended. Add spaghetti and toss to coat evenly. Add some of the pasta cooking water if sauce is too thick.
Stir in 2 T cilantro and sesame oil. Serve with remaining cilantro and chopped peanuts on top. If only serving part of this, hold back some of the cilantro and chopped peanuts to add fresh to leftovers.
If you choose the asian noodles, you may need 2 cans of broth, as they will soak up a lot of liquid.
