Suggest a better description1. Place the entire piece of lean pork in a sauce pan; cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.
2. Cool pork, thoroughly. Cut into thin slices, 2 inch long and 1.5 inch wide.
3. Cut green onions, bamboo shoots, and green pepper diagonally about 2 inch long and 1 inch wide.
4. Heat 2 T. oil, stir and fry pork for a few seconds. Remove to a bowl.
5. Heat 1 T. oil. Add green onions, green pepper, and bamboo shoots; stir for a few seconds. Add cooked pork and seasoning sauce. Quickly stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute, and mix thoroughly. Serve hot with rice.
