"This was delicious! However I think it needed another ingredient, maybe some beans. Also, I forgot to buy topping while I was at the store and I really wish I would've had sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and such for the top. It was a little dry, but I think a topping would have really made it perfect! Also the taco seasoning was a little strong. I think next time I'll just season the beef myself. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish.
Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 min or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.

April07showers 9 months agoMy family loved this dish. It satisfied a picky eater too! I added red pepper flakes to the ground beef and it gave it a great little kick. We will for sure be making this again.

mjlandry12 2 years agoMade this is a pie pan instead, and used a little less bisquick. I also added some chopped jalapeños and it came out great. Will definitely make again
