1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Onions; chopped
1 Taco seasoning mix; (1 1/4 oz)
1 15-oz cn Tomato sauce
1 cn Whole kernel corn; drained
2 c Cheddar cheese; (shredded)
2 c BISQUICK Baking mix
1 c milk
2 Eggs

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish.

Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 min or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.

My family loved this dish. It satisfied a picky eater too! I added red pepper flakes to the ground beef and it gave it a great little kick. We will for sure be making this again.

Made this is a pie pan instead, and used a little less bisquick. I also added some chopped jalapeños and it came out great. Will definitely make again

I was not impressed with this recipe. It was too much dough and not enough flavor. It was quite bland, and does not reheat well.
