Ingredients

8 ounces Cream Cheese; - at room temperature
16 ounces Sour Cream; - at room temperature
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 head Lettuce; - chopped
4 Tomatoes; - chopped
7 ounces Cheddar Cheese; - shredded
2 bags Tortilla Chips

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Preparation

1) In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Pour into a shallow serving dish, i.e. pie plate or baking tray.

2) Top with a layer of lettuce, followed by tomatoes and then cheddar cheese.

Notes

Depending on the area of the serving dish, you can vary the thickness of the cream cheese base. This may also vary the amount of tomatoes or cheese.
