"Manly" quiche.
Bake pastry shell at 400 degrees for 7 minutes (or buy a pre-baked shell)
Heat oil in skillet
Saute onion and garlic until soft
Stir in ground beef, chili powder, oregano, salt, cayenne, ketchup and red pepper sauce
Brown meat and break into crumbly mixture
Drain off any liquid and spoon into the baked shell
Beat eggs and mix in half and half, salt, chilies and cheese
Pour mixture over meat
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes - until center is set and knife comes out clean
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
