Healthy salad that taste so good that you won't even know it uses ground turkey!


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 head Lettuce
1 large Tomato; chopped
1/2 Sweet onion; chopped
1 pound Ground turkey
1/2 bag Cheddar cheese
1 package Taco season
1 small bottle Catalina dressing
1 bag Nacho chips; crushed

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

1. Cook the turkey (same way you would for the ground beef) using the directions on package of taco seasoning.

2. Put all ingredents into large salad bowl and mix together.

this is a good recipe i did change it a little and made it low carb, used hot sauce and sour cream for the dressing and left out the chips, very good, made my own taco seasoning mix. yummy, thanks. CCheryl photo by CCheryl CCheryl
