Begin to brown hamburger, spices, and diced tomatoes together. (Chop diced tomatoes into really small pieces so kids don't see them.) Add other ingredients except garnish.
Garnish with sour cream and cheese.
If using frozen vegetables instead of canned, just add a little more water and salt (or beaf bouillon) to your liking.
