Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef
1 12-oz can Rotel tomatoes
1 12-oz can Whole kernel corn
1 12-oz can Pinto beans
1 12-oz can Kidney beans
1 package Ranch dressing mix
1 package Taco seasoning
3 can (12 oz) Water

Original recipe makes 8

Servings  

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large stock pot or crock pot and allow to simmer for 2 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and either tortillia chips, or corn chips.

Delicious! The sour cream helps cool the spicy seasoning.

This was great. It was a little to hot for us. Next time I will add 1/2 pkg of Taco Seasoning.
