Make taco meat with taco seasoning.
Chop tomatoes and avocado.
Heat tortillas.
Put tacos together and garnish with cheese, lettuce, tomato and avocado.
Serve with salsa.
I make a lot of taco meat all at once and freeze portions for easy mid-week meals.
