Suggest a better descriptionMix tapioca, salt, 9 T. sugar, milk, and yolks in pan. let stand 5 min. Beat egg white until foamy, gradually beat in 6 T. sugar, beating to soft peaks, set aside. Cook tapioca mixture over medium heat to a full boil, stirring constantly for 6-8 min. Gradually add to beaten white, stirring quickly just until blended. Stir in vanilla. Cool for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
