Ready in 45 minutes
Very moist meat loaf.
Combine crumbled bread and milk in a small bowl, allow to soak 5 minutes. Combine beef, onion, eggs, salt, and bread mixture; mix well. Shape meat mixture into a loaf, place in a lightly greased 9 X 3 inch loafpan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.

philbeltz 3y agoThis is a great meat loaf. I'm going to fix it again tonight. I was very easy to make and the leftovers went quickly.
Crypt579 3y agoThe only thing wrong is I had to drain the grease out of the pan when almost done baking, then put back in the oven for a little bit longer.
tldum 5y agoVery easy to prepare and the family loved it - especially the topping of brown sugar, mustard, and catsup. Next time I will use a leaner cut of ground beef because when I poured the excess drippings out of the pan I lost a lot of the topping.
